Background: Registered Mechanical Professional Engineer. Retired from 32 year career as project engineer and program manager at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Past Co-President of the West Coast Region; served on West Coast and Domestic TAC; and as ARC Team Leader. Co-Project Manager for Nicaragua Composting Toilets and El Llanito Water Supply Teams, International Community Programs (ICP) Reviewer (formerly TAC reviewer).
