Background: I received my BSCE from Stanford University in 1975became a PE in 1978. I have been employed by a number of firms in the Bay Area doing Land Development, Transportation and Flood Control design and providing Staff Augmentation to public agencies. I became involved with EWB-SF CECorps projects in Butte County, Vallejo as QC Officer and Richmond Land as REIC
